This firm was a scissors manufacturer, which was active in Carver Street between the 1920s and 1970s. It was incorporated in 1944. The manager was Wilfred Leonard Cocker (1887-1948), who was the son of Thomas, a scissors forger, and his wife, Mary Ann. In the Census (1911), Wilfred was described as a ‘putter-together’.
