Elizabeth Gallimore neé Gibson (1798-1882) was the wife of William Gallimore (1796-1860), a German silversmith of School Croft. They had married in 1819. Elizabeth’s name first appeared in a directory of 1852 as Mrs William Gallimore, a German silver spoon manufacturer at 42 School Croft. That address became known as Gallimore’s Yard, School Croft.
