This branch of the Hague family came from Walkley. Jonathan Hague (?-1795) was a file smith, whose sons were Jonathan Jun. (bapt.1763-1789) and John (bapt.1770-?). Jonathan Jun. was apprenticed to cutler Joseph Shemeld and became a Freeman in 1784. John Hague was apprenticed to his brother in 1784 and became a Freeman seven years later.
